I bought this jacket specifically for our 3 day trip to Blue Mountain Resort in 31+ deg C weather, with plenty of hours outside in the sun doing various physical activities, and light breeze only. Wore this jacket the entire time, and did not get burned. It was super lightweight, and even though I obviously was sweating during this heat wave, I still considered the jacket very breathable and I was grateful to have it for its UV protection. I found it did not get too smelly, and it washes and dries easily. Light enough to pack for the backpack, and although it does gets wrinkled up in the backpack, after a while of wearing it the wrinkles are no longer an issue. Highly recommended to all!

The perfect base layer for staying warm on the slopes ❄️🎿 One tip though — definitely go with the size that Capelin Crew recommends! Mine runs a little big on me 😅 If I had followed the brand's sizing guide I should've gone down a size. Once this one wears out I'm 100% coming back for a smaller size 🙌✨

Okay I took this jacket to Perisher in Australia this past season and it was absolutely perfect. The padding is just right — warm enough for the cold morning runs but not so bulky that I was sweating by midday. Layered it over my base layer and under my shell and the fit was chef's kiss. Also looks so good on the slopes, got a few compliments! Unisex sizing works great, just size down if you're between sizes.
